We have a bestie down! Kay, my mom, had foot surgery on Thursday. She is recovering well & still in the 3Day. She is raring to go actually! She has been walking with pain so now she'll be able to train pain free!She is planning to be at the benefit show on Tuesday. Speaking of...we have some awesome raffle prizes! I am still trying to figure out a way to win some of them.... Also, Jaret & Erik are going to be on the Lex & Terry morning show on Tuesday morning to promote the benefit! It is going to be a fun night!
In other Chestie Bestie news, the H-Town Besties are kicking some training butt. Way to go girls! Our NM Bestie, Linda is walking through the desert to train. Take plenty of water & leave some bread crumbs! Where are you Cali Bestie? Oh, probably packing for Italy. Don't forget your walkin' shoes! E & I only had time for a short walk on Friday which we did in the pouring rain. Let's hope it doesn't rain during the 3Day.
I've heard a few rumors that some others maybe be joining the Chestie Besties! Too fun! Happy trails!
